1. Who we are
Creoluma is run by Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Zasimov, identification number 302211960, registered in Georgia. Legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Chugureti district, Chitaia street, N 38, apartment N1. We decide how your data is used. Contact: zasimovnikolai@gmail.com.
2. This website
creoluma.com has no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers, and no contact form. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages. We don’t keep access logs.
3. Before you are a client
To make a preview of your new site, we use public information about your practice: your current website and your Psychology Today profile, including your name, credentials, practice details and photos. We use your public email address to send you the preview.
The preview is private and hidden from search engines. If you decline, we delete it and don’t write again.
4. When you are a client
We keep your name, email address and phone number, the materials for your site (texts, photos, practice details), your domain and DNS settings, and our correspondence. We use them to make, host and maintain your site and to bill you.
5. Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Flitt (TPAY LLC). You enter your card details on Flitt’s secure payment page; we never see or store your card number. From Flitt we receive the payment status, amount and date.
6. Forms on the sites we make
Contact forms on the sites we make send each request to the therapist’s email through our form handler on Amazon Web Services. We do not keep copies of requests. The handler records only technical details, such as which site and form were used and the chosen contact method, without names or contact details. Forms have no free-text field, so that health information does not end up in them.
7. Who else processes data
Amazon Web Services (hosting and delivery of form requests), Google (our email, Gmail), Zoom (calls, if you choose to talk) and Flitt (payments). We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising.
8. How long we keep it
Preview materials: until you decline or subscribe. Client data: while we work together. When the subscription ends and we have sent you the site files, we delete your site materials and keep only the payment records that accounting and tax rules require.
9. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to zasimovnikolai@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
