1. How to cancel
Send one email to zasimovnikolai@gmail.com. You don’t need to give a reason. We confirm by reply, and charges stop from the next billing date.
2. Monthly plan
There are no partial refunds for a month that has started. Your site stays up until the end of the paid month.
3. Yearly plan
We refund $990 minus $100 for each month started since the payment date, if the result is above zero. For example, if you cancel during the third month, we refund $990 − $300 = $690.

4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in US dollars. We send them within 5 business days of your email; your bank usually credits them within 5–10 business days.
5. Charges made by mistake
If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, write to us and we refund that charge in full.
6. After the subscription ends
When the paid period ends, we stop hosting the site and send you the complete site as files. Your domain stays with you: point it to your new host whenever you are ready.
