2. The service
Creoluma makes, hosts and maintains a website for your practice (the “Site”) for a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription includes design and texts made for you, moving the Site to your domain and hosting it, changes to the Site, and technical support.
It does not include search engine optimization, advertising, your domain registration, email hosting, or new functions beyond a website, such as an online store or a client portal. We can discuss those separately.
3. The preview
Before you subscribe, we may make a preview of the Site from public information about your practice, such as your current website and your Psychology Today profile, and send you a private link. The preview is free and does not oblige you to anything. It is hidden from search engines. If you decline, we delete it.
4. Price and payment
The subscription costs $100 per month or $990 per year, in US dollars. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
You pay by Visa or Mastercard on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Flitt; we send you the link by email. We never see or store your card number.
Your card is charged when you subscribe and then automatically on the same date each month or year until you cancel. Because we are registered in Georgia, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee.
5. Launch on your domain
After payment we send you two DNS records to add at your domain registrar; you can add them on your own or with us on a call. We do not change your name servers or email settings.
The Site goes live on your domain within 7 days of payment. If the records are not in place yet, the 7 days start when they are. Until then, the Site stays available at its preview address.
6. Changes and support
Send changes by email. They include texts, photos, prices, sections and pages of the Site. We usually make them within two business days. New functions beyond a website are discussed separately.
7. Your content
Your domain, texts, photos and other materials remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to use the materials you give us and that the facts about your practice on the Site are accurate. We publish texts only with your approval.
You allow us to use your materials to make and host the Site. We show the Site as an example of our work only with your permission.
8. Forms and privacy on the Site
Contact forms on the Site send requests to your email; we do not keep copies. Forms have fixed fields and no free-text box, so that health information does not end up in them. The Site has no trackers or analytics unless you ask for them. How we handle your own data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time with one email to zasimovnikolai@gmail.com. Charges stop from the next billing date.
Monthly plan: there are no partial refunds; the Site stays up until the end of the paid month.
Yearly plan: we refund $990 minus $100 for each month started since the payment date, if the result is above zero; the Site stays up until the end of the last month counted.
We send the refund to the same card within 5 business days of your email; banks usually credit it within 5–10 business days. The details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. When the subscription ends
We stop hosting the Site at the end of the paid period and send you the Site as files, the complete static website, so you can host it anywhere. Your domain stays with you.
11. Missed payments
If a charge fails, the payment provider tries again. If a payment is still missing 14 days after its date, we may pause the Site and show a placeholder page until it is paid. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the pause, the subscription is cancelled.
12. Price changes
We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice, and you can cancel before it does.
13. Availability and liability
We host the Site on Amazon Web Services and work to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost clients or income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email subscribers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. The current version is always on this page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to each other; if that fails, it will be settled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
